1) Central Valley is in search of a Driver's Education instructor. Interested candidates need to have a valid Driver's Education credential. Class is held in late May and driving takes place in June. 2) The Central Valley public school is seeking interested individuals to substitute teach at the school. Pay is $135/day plus lunch. 3) Central Valley is in search of a full-time head of transportation/bus driver.  Interested candidates must possess a valid ND driver's license with a CDL/Passenger Bus Endorsement/School Bus Endorsement OR have the ability to obtain one.  

The job entails approximately 4 hrs of driving per day.  Other duties include:

1) Oil Changes/wash buses  

2) Tracking miles

3) Check antifreeze/clean frames

4) Summer yearly filter replacements/tire replacements

5) Make sure we have winter master fuel/additive in October

6) Snow removal

7) Fuel up buses for sports trips

8) Keep back lights clean on buses

9) Fuel up route buses

10) Box blade lot

11) Morning pre-trip inspections

12) Various custodial duties

13) Other duties as assigned

This job is 5 days a week/40 hrs a week/52 weeks a year.  Weekend duties such as snow removal may happen.  

Preference will be given to candidates with previous bus driving experience or experience working on diesel engines.
